Measurements
The international standard size of a cocktail is up to 2 ounces. Stirring or shaking adds another 1/2 ounce. Tall drinks contain 5 ounces or more. Medium cocktails are about 3 ounces. Liquors served neat or on the rocks are 1 1/2 ounces. Wines vary from 3 to 5 ounces.
